WHAT IS A TRUE ACHIEVEMENT OF A TEACHER ? The world has grown beyond imagination, today many educated, talented and aspiring to be better individuals and competing to be a better teacher is fraught with challenges and certainly not easier to live to be respected and loved, If I look back to more than 4 decades of interaction nothing has really changed students wish something new and learn from their own teachers, My position as a professor in medical education gives me the opportunity to share what I have learned with current and future doctors and teachers , and allows for some lively discussions among my graduate students in terms of what it means to be a great teacher. The first step in Medical education consider them a future doctor, if you have a passion to make them better individuals to the society you made it, I have seen many mediocre teachers imagine and treat students are just ignorant people, never forget every class contain more worthy leaders and better Doctors than many of us. Teaching is hard work and some teachers never grow to be anything better than mediocre. They do the bare minimum required and very little more. The great teachers, however, work tirelessly to create a challenging, nurturing environment for their students. Great teaching seems to have less to do with our knowledge and skills than with our attitude toward our students, our subject, and our work. Tons of our knowledge can never make us a great teacher, it is just a tool for betterment the fact to be teacher is being passionate to what you teach than imposing our authority and position in the department While teaching is a gift that seems to come quite naturally for some, others must work overtime to achieve great teacher status. Yet the payoff is enormous — for both you and your students. Imagine students thinking of you when they remember that great teacher they had in college! I feel so happy to listen to the greater achievements of the former students, who many times inform me personally whatever the success they made in their carrier, I feel this is the true Teacher achievement
BE A OPTIMIST TO ENCOURAGE MANY IN SPITE OF MANY LIMITATIONS
