WHY SIGNING OF LABORATORY REPORTS MAKES NO DIFFERENCE IN PRESENT SYSTEM ? There is a great discussion who will sign the laboratory reports, many times the system is rotten beyond imagination, I am associated, with many seniors and retired Professors who come to college to get huge salary come few days, any amount of leave is birth right, we do not know whether they come to college or not, and break all rules and for HODS and a administrators it becomes difficult to control the juniors and above all they say they have no rules, take hardly any classless or seminars, and live by creating fear to the students because of power of examiner ships and really cannot read a gram stain, and QC runs in many colleges because of support of technicians and junior staff, We have read amount Typhoid Mary who spread only typhoid there are more dangerous useless Professors who ruin the system and many individuals for power and position and I can confess they are even encouraged by our own Professional in the name of religion and regionalism, and many juniors follow the same path most of the times they are engaged in chatting and booting and nobody wish to join today in MD in Microbiology for various reasons lack of opportunities as many MSc are substituting for Medical Professionals many inefficient professors become sadistic due to inferiority complex and they do not have even knowledge of a technician, and if you are truly sincere to the work we have to become one or quit the system, it goes on as long our MCI needs these duds, and managements are happy if they have more inefficient people they can control the system easily I can certainly say there are more efficient, technicians than these so called Professors as they have no morals or knowledge never forget the truth is always bitter but nobody accept, hardly we find a senior in the department from middle of the week and matters left to any TOM and we have adopted a system to correct the matters is difficult IF NOT IMPOSSIBLE
I WISH THAT SIGNING REPORTS MAKES NO DIFFERENCE UNLESS WE HAVE MORE MORALLY CORRECT JUNIORS AND SENIORS WITH COMMITMENT TO WORK
