WHY MEDICAL TEACHERS NEED PROFESSIONAL MORALITY - Today we live more to exploit and explore the world of opportunities, it is certainly right as we live more at higher level we need more money to survive, However every profession needs certain ethics to sustain with growing challenges , However we find much moral crisis arising in the newly expanding universities and college education, Today take the case of our Many private PROFESSIONAL AND MAY BE GOVERNMENT colleges, exploitation of the system to their advantage to needs and fancies and greed forgetting one's role as a Teacher Defining a teacher is easy but to elaborate what a teacher means could be daunting because a teacher is a complex person in one body with diverse roles that makes it more complicated.. One could not be a teacher without being able to handle a lot of responsibilities and a flexible personality to adapt to different situations.A teacher needs to have all the positive traits available; patient, kind, loving, caring, honest, real, down to earth, friendly, calm, alert, smart, etc., because she has a lot of responsibilities to take care of and must be able to adapt to different personalities and situations around her/his. It is unfortunate we have no way to escape from well qualified teachers live as a parasites in the system exploring all the possibilities to escape from work and get the best of the resources in the system, however people talk of corruption at higher level, but to be true the understanding less of the system we are surrounded unethical teachers gravely contributing to the fall the system, The fact remain to be understood a highly unethical qualified person is more dangerous than an illiterate person, The Medical Council of India has issued a circular only Medically qualified people can only sign the laboratory reports, it will not improve the matters as long as the so called heads and professors set right the matters themselves the great priority is their own contribution and presence in the department's, guiding the juniors and technicians,
IT IS CERTAIN THAT MORALITY AND ETHICS IS THE NEED OF THE HOUR EVEN TO TEACHERS
