NEED FOR LIFE LONG LEARNING?
Dr.T.V.Rao MD To live in the system and keep living is no easier today, it is a time to realize that we have to be lifelong learners, think about us few decades back once we are qualified we were thinking that our graduation is over and start spreading our knowledge, with the preconstructed ideas we find many teachers live with outdated thinking and conception and ultimately kill the system they work , unfortunately many will be engulfed by their own ignorance, If we wish to live to stay connected with the world of growing knowledge, learn more and faithful to accept the truth of other knowledge.
WHAT IS LIFELONG LEARNING?
Lifelong learning may be broadly defined as learning that is pursued throughout life: learning that is flexible, diverse and available at different times and in different places. Lifelong learning crosses sectors, promoting learning beyond traditional schooling and throughout adult life in the college (ie post-compulsory education). This definition is based on Delors’ (1996) four ‘pillars’ of education for the future. If I wish to improve the matters on Infection and diagnostic use of Microbiology I must constantly update what is truly happening with Microbes we deal, I though best way to live with the matters Learning to do – equipping people for the types of work needed now and in the future including innovation and adaptation of learning to future work environments. Today the great challenge for teachers is Learning to live together, and with others – peacefully resolving conflict, discovering other people and their cultures, attitudes fostering community capability, individual competence and capacity, economic resilience, and social inclusion. Never to forget if we do not go with the newer trends in the world of learning we get soon lost in the sea of ignorance,
WE CAN BE A LEADER. The greater your knowledge base, the more you can meet people where they are, and the greater the stockpile of solutions you have at your disposal to tackle problems and overcome challenges.
BE PASSIONATE TO LEARN NEW AND SPREAD THE BETTER THINGS TO THE WORLD
AN OUT DATED TEACHER IS MORE DANGEROUS THAN A IGNROANT STUDENT
